Thomas Hall, M.D.

Dr. Thomas Hall joined The Ohio State University Newark Board of Trustees in 2003.  Dr. Hall is the Medical Director of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield for Central Ohio in Worthington, Ohio.  Some of Dr. Hall's professional experiences includes past Staff Physician for Licking Memorial Company Care, previous Medical and Administrative Director for Licking Memorial Hospital's Emergency Department, past Medical Director of the Ohio Emergency Medical Services Agency, and previous Staff Emergency Physician at Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville, Ohio, Riverside Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, and Licking Memorial Hospital in Newark, Ohio.  Dr. Hall is currently associated with various professional societies, including the Ohio State Medical Association, Licking County Medical Society, and the Ohio Association of Health Plans. 

Dr. Hall's involvement in the community includes:

• Newark Rotary Member
• Licking County Joint Vocational School - Past member of the Board of Education
• Newark City Schools - Past member of the Board of Education
• Licking County Community Corps - Past Board of Directors Member

Dr. Hall earned his B.S. from the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio.  He later earned his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine.  He and his wife, Dr. Mary Beth Rogers Hall, live in Newark, Ohio.
