Intramurals

Intramural sports provide an opportunity for students of all skill levels to participate on a team and compete weekly with other students. Each year, approximately 250 students participate in the intramural program. At the beginning of each quarter, the Intramural Coordinator meets with all students who are interested in participating on a team. A notice is also posted in the Titan Connection and on bulletin boards around campus with the time and place for each meeting.

Who Can Participate -
--Any Ohio State Newark or Central Ohio Technical College student
--Faculty and Staff members of the Newark Campus

How to Get Involved
There are two ways to become an athlete in Newark Campus intramurals

• get your friends together and organize a team

• sign up as a "free agent" to be placed on a team

• 4-on-4 Flag Football Tournament-Tuesday, September 23 at 2pm

• Titan Intramurals Kickoff Adena Gym- Tuesday, September 30th from 6-8pm

• SAB Golf Outing- Burning Tree Golf Course- Saturday-October 4th at noon

• Dodgeball Tournament- Wednesday, October 8th from 9-11pm

• 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament- Wednesday October, 15th from 8-10pm

• Cornhole Tournament- Wednesday, October 22nd from 8-10pm

• Dodgeball Tournament- Wednesday, November 5th from 8-10pm

• Table Tennis Tournament- Wednesday, November 12th 8-10pm

• Beat Michigan Volleyball Tournament- Wednesday, November 19th 8-10pm

• 4-on-4 Football every Sunday- at 1-5 pm starting October 5th
