Procedure for Student Campus Account Username Changes

Following an official name change in college records, students may also change their campus username in a two-step process:

First, COTC students should visit COTC Records in Hopewell Mall (H138) to change their name in official college records by filling out the form found at http://www.cotc.edu/cotc/PDF/Records%20Forms/Personal%20Data.pdf. 

Second, when that is complete, print the  http://www.newarkcampus.org/Departmental/ITS/cio/documents/COTC_account_name_change_form.pdf, fill it in, and bring it to the ITS Helpdesk in Founders Hall (F198).  The username will be changed within five business days.

You will will not be able to access campus services with the previous username once the change has been made.  To learn the new username,  check Campus Connect by clicking on https://admin.cotc.edu/ and entering your SSN and password.
